Order Modification and Cancellation
After placing your order, you have a 12-hour window to modify your shipping address or order details. You may also cancel your order within this same 12-hour period.
After this timeframe, your order is automatically prepared using the information initially provided and can no longer be modified or canceled.
Order Processing & Shipping
Order preparation generally takes between 3 to 5 business days. In exceptional cases, processing may take up to 8 business days.
Once preparation is complete, your package is shipped immediately. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Tracking Information
Your tracking number will be sent by email once your order is shipped. Activation of the tracking number may take up to 3 business days.
Delivery times are typically between 8 to 20 business days, depending on your destination country and local delivery services.
Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
If you are not available at delivery time, the carrier may leave the parcel in your mailbox, at a local pickup point, or at your local post office.
Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for the package is transferred to the carrier.

Wenordics ships orders worldwide.
For deliveries to Switzerland, Belgium, and French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), transportation may require an additional 7 business days beyond the standard delivery timeframe.
Holiday Shipping (Christmas, New Year, etc.)
To maximize the chance of receiving your order before the holiday season, we recommend placing your order no later than November 25th.
Due to increased volume during peak seasons, shipping and delivery delays may occur. Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
During holiday periods, order processing and shipping times may be extended by up to 7 additional business days.
From December 15th onward, delivery delays can occur and orders may not reach their destination until late January.
Additional Information
Address Modification: Shipping addresses can only be modified before the order is shipped. Once the package has left our facilities, address changes are no longer possible.
Delays: Although standard preparation takes 3 to 5 business days, exceptional circumstances may extend processing to 8 business days. Orders placed on Fridays are processed starting the following Monday, which can impact delivery timelines.
Out of Stock: If an ordered item becomes unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible. You may then choose to wait for restocking or receive a store credit voucher.
Damaged Package: If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery if possible. Otherwise, contact us immediately and provide clear photos of the packaging and damages so we can rapidly open a claim and resolve the issue.
Customs Fees: International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
At this time, shipping to P.O. Boxes is only possible through standard postal services. Personal courier deliveries to P.O. Box addresses are not supported.
