Return and Refund Policy Duration

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or refund for eligible items. After this period, returns and exchanges will no longer be accepted.

Return Procedure

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, including original packaging.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are not refundable.

Order Verification

Upon receipt of your return, we verify that the returned products match your original order using your order number and/or your purchase email address.

Package Validation and Inspection

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Products must be unused and include all original packaging and tags.

Refund processing will begin only after the inspection has been completed and the return has been approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must email us a clear photo of the item for evaluation before any refund or exchange can be processed.

If photos cannot be provided, the item must be returned for inspection at your own cost to the address supplied by email.

Gifted Items

Any gifted item included in your order (promotional item, compensation gift, etc.) must also be returned in order to receive a full or partial refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refund Notification

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and advising whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment.

Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Sale Items

Refunds for discounted or promotional items are based only on the price paid at the time of purchase and not on the original retail price.

Address Errors

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information entered by the customer.

It is your responsibility to confirm your shipping address before validating your order. Address changes after shipment cannot be guaranteed.

Additional Information

Order Processing: Orders are processed approximately 12 hours after placement to allow potential corrections. Once this delay has passed, modifications or cancellations are only possible after receipt and return of the order.

Manufacturing Defects: Any defective product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, the product is considered accepted and compliant.

Returns Refused: Returns that do not meet the stated conditions may be refused and will not be refunded.
